Here's the second part of this fascinating interview.
Upon watching the entire piece, I feel this kid has potential to be less ruthless that his predecessors, but nonetheless apathetic to the true calamity that are the gulags. He offers no signs, whether in his body language and emotion nor his sense of urgency or extremity of the situation he's faced with.
As a mennonite by culture and ethnicity combined with an ancestry filled with suffering and in many cases marginalization, I if feel a certain affection toward the N. Korean people and the Stalinist regime they're under. It's my understanding that the gulags many mennonites died and suffered in were and are orchestrated with Stalin's formula.
